1. Service Agreement
By requesting our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern all plumbing, drain cleaning, and HVAC services provided by Deep Roots Plumbing, Heating & Drain Cleaning.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the initial assessment and may change upon discovery of additional issues.
Pricing includes labor, materials, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Emergency or after-hours services may incur additional charges.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
For large-scale projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
5. Worksite Access
The Client must ensure safe and clear access to the work area.
If proper access is not provided, we reserve the right to reschedule or charge a delay fee.
6. Warranties
We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor, typically 30 to 90 days depending on the service type.
Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or natural disasters.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing issues, concealed conditions, or structural faults.
The Client is responsible for informing us of any hazards or restrictions before work begins.
8. Permits and Code Compliance
We follow all local building codes and regulations.
The Client is responsible for any permits unless agreed upon in writing.
9. Privacy and Data
Client information is kept confidential and used only for communication, billing, and service delivery purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
Deep Roots Plumbing, Heating & Drain Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
